(hereinafter referred to as “Ignatiuz”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (hereafter “Users”, each “User”, or “you”) of the Timesheet Pro 365 (hereinafter referred to as “app”). By using the app, you agree to abide by this Privacy Policy across your organization.
Protecting your privacy
We at Ignatiuz adopt necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect collected Users’ personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, sharing, or other wrongful activities by third parties.
Personal information
We collect limited personal information only from individuals who express interest in the app by clicking “Get it now” on Microsoft AppSource. The information collected includes:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Organization name
- Email address
We do not collect, monitor, or store any data related to your organization's usage of the app — including the number of users, timesheets submitted, approved, or rejected. We strictly do not collect any confidential information protected by Microsoft Office 365, including passwords.
How we use collected information
- To send periodic emails specific to the app, including updates and new features.
- To send email marketing communications about our products, services, and promotions. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@ignatiuz.com.
- We may use your organization's name, brand, and logo in our sales and marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, brochures, videos, and newsletters.
Sharing Users’ information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated information about our Visitors and Users, which does not reveal any Users’ personal identification information, with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers. Ignatiuz reserves the right to share Users’ personal information without prejudice if
- The disclosure is provisioned by applicable legislation to the extent permitted by the legal procedure;
- Sharing is stipulated within limits of sale or other transfer of business (in full or partially), in which case the buyer assumes all obligations in this Policy with regards to obtained personal information.

Ignatiuz has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy for any changes.

By using the app, you agree and accept the term of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our app. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
